1. Return Eligibility

2. Return Timeframe

Return requests must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery

Once approved, the product must be shipped back within the timeline shared by our support team
Late requests may not be accepted.
3. Refund Process & Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 days.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account
You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges in the following cases:

Defective or damaged products
If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
Do not dispose of the product or packaging until instructed by our support team.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged or defective:

7. Return Shipping Costs

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
